Digital economy

We are interested to implement the digital economy in our business-processes and our Company is on this way. We estimate significant effect from displacement of our work operations in direction of virtual space. Today we have reached already:

• Exchange of original accounting documents. Implementation of Electronic Digital Signature allowed to shift to electronic turnover of docs. Today about 60% of financial documents follow via virtual environment.
• Managing of containerized cargoes at Customs Control Zone (sea port of Saint Petersburg) had being switched to digital exchange.
• Exchange of contractual papers (agreements, orders, accepts et cetera) with our all clients had being switched to digital method.
• Inventory control is implemented by special software application of our corporative automated system.
• We have complete cycle of the accounting of goods since arrival into warehouse up to issuing of final accountant papers for financial settlement between all participants.

On testing stage:

• Remote inventory control in respect of cargoes that lie at Maritime Terminal Bronka.

The digital instrument covers all technological cycles from acceptance of goods, him accounting and return from warehouse. The system allows to watch lorry passing via sea port since arrival at guest area and till leaving from terminal. What simulates some presence effect.
